Take me on a {virtual} road trip

It’s my first day of finals, so since I can’t exactly go on a road trip right now, during my study breaks, I’ve been watching this short road trip series presented by Luxury Collection and One Kings Lane.

Doesn’t a weekend getaway in Vermont sounds just lovely? And who can resist NYC? And, finally, Boston… a city that’s been on my bucket list for a looong time. So many places to explore, so little time!

What’s on your travel list?

  1. I don’t usually share this, but I’ve been doing this for years. I don’t get to travel as much as I want, but I have been doing it virtually since I was a teenager (that was 30 or so years ago). Now with the internet, webcams, and the fact that Google helps me literally walk the streets of anywhere in the world, I feel more like I am actually there. My favorite is an annual trip to Melbourne Australia in January for the tennis tournament there. I’ve “been” there for the past 16 years in a row : )

    • Wow! That is really cool! Gotta love the possibilities of modern technology and the Internet, although in the end, nothing beats actually being present in a place you’ve always wanted to visit.

  2. Turkey is the highest on my travel list, its always held a huge fascination for me. The culture, people and language; all of it I cannot wait to visit and experience.

      • Hey Yelena,
It’s a deal! When I plan to go to Turkey I will definitely reach out to you :)
Am headed to Italy next May for a work trip and am so looking forward to it! I actually sent you an email a couple days ago, hope you are doing well!

      • Italy is also at the top of my list! What do you do that takes you to Italy for work? How cool! Hmm. I don’t see an email from you in my inbox and I’m pretty much caught up on replying to everyone who has emailed me in the last two weeks. Can you resend the email and make sure the email address is right (yelenabosovik@yahoo.com)? Thanks! :)
